The new temporary office structure, is situated at 2006 Memorial Blvd. between Burger King and Hardees. Signifies a beacon of hope and resilience for the community. This location will serve as a temporary solution after the previous office was ravaged. By the devastating tornado on December 9, 2023.

Additionally, patients can opt for virtual visits to receive medical guidance from the comfort of their homes.
Continuity of Service
The temporary location will maintain the same operating hours as before, ensuring accessibility for patients throughout the week. From Monday to Friday. The clinic will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with Saturday hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Most insurance plans, including TRICARE and VA, Medicare, Medicaid, as well as cash. Credit cards, are accepted to facilitate seamless access to care.
